Zen Fitness Training is a small group fitness class that is designed to prepare the individual for Zen Martial Arts training.  Working with a small group enables us to provide very affordable rates compared to personal fitness training.  The class is designed for you to follow the instructor for the day.  Beginners typically begin with Personal Fitness Training and then gradually transition into Zen Fitness Training after they have become well accustomed to proper exercise techniques.  We focus on strength, cardio endurance, and flexibility training.  Classes are 1 hour in length.
