Personal Fitness Training
Personal Fitness Training allows me to teach you proper exercise technique and form. With over 25 years of fitness training experience, I will provide you with all the tools you will need to accomplish your fitness goals and objectives. I specialize in weight & body fat loss, muscle building, strength development, muscle definition, strong core, flexibility, strong & healthy bones, balance & coordination, cardio endurance, reduced blood pressure, reduced stress, increased energy, nutrition, yoga, and meditation. I teach you to progress naturally with consistent exercise, proper nutrition, & good sleep. I do not promote any muscle enhancing drugs or supplements. Sessions are 1 hour in length.
Semi-Private Group Fitness Training
The benefits of joining this school for semi-private group Fitness Training vs. the average gym is that classes usually only have 2-3 other participants. You do not have to worry about the common distractions that you find at most gyms. You don’t have to worry about people starring at you or judging you. You get more focused attention from the Fitness instructor who can immediately correct your form and technique. Semi-Private group Fitness Training focuses 30 minutes on strength and cardio endurance training and 30 minutes of flexibility training. All fitness routines are designed towards a healthy balanced total body development. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced training is available.
