Personal Fitness Training

Personal Fitness Training allows me to teach you proper exercise technique and form.  With over 28 years of fitness training experience, I will provide you with all the tools you will need to accomplish your fitness goals and objectives.  I specialize in weight & body fat loss, muscle building, strength development, muscle definition, strong core, flexibility, strong & healthy bones, balance & coordination, cardio endurance, reduced blood pressure, reduced stress, increased energy, nutrition, and meditation. I teach you to progress naturally with consistent exercise, proper nutrition, & good sleep.  Sessions are 1 hour in length.

Group Fitness Training

Semi-Private group Fitness Training focuses 1 hour on strength and flexibility training.  All fitness routines are designed towards a healthy balanced total body development.
