Policies
1) No refunds after 3 days
2) Payment for classes expire after 30 days
3) Private lessons and classes require a 24 hour noice for cancellations or reschedules otherwise the lesson is forfeited
4) Missed sessions are forfeited, (no rolling)
5) Rescheduling only within the same week
6) 4, 8,12, and 16 session packages are valid for 30 days.
7) 24 session packages are valid for 3 months, 48 session packages are valid for 6 months.
8) All private lessons expire after 30 days of inactivity
What to Bring
1) Cost of Uniform Shirt/Tank is $15-$30. Black pants/shorts preffered.
2) Bring a bottle for water
3) Small towel to wipe sweat
4) Clean shoes for indoor use only (Black preffered). Bare Foot Running Shoes Recommended
Senior Student Uniform Code
1) Black uniform is expected for all students
2) All Senior Students must be in uniform. If you come to class without the uniform you will be charged $15.
3) Only Seior Students are allowed to wear Red color and different color uniforms other than black.

5) People quit because there is no structure demanding their best
6) Discipline, rhythem, and standards
7) Priority scheduling (Discipline Track)
8) First choice time slots, occassional extended sessions at no extra cost (Elite Track)
9) Pay upfront or auto pay, locked schedule, no refunds no pauses (3 month term commitment)
