Learn how to meditate.  Learn how to be in the present moment.  Meditation training is clearing the mind, no-thought, no goals, just being in the moment in awareness.  Spiritual teachings from Eastern Philosophy, Tao, Buddha, Zen, Osho, Bruce Lee, & Eckhart Tolle will be introduced.

Schedule 

  • Available 7 days a week by appointment and every Saturday from 9:30 am – 10:30 am
