FMK Certification Requirements

1. You must train at least 2 days per week during the group training schedule
2. You must pay your monthly tuition on time
3. Failure to fulfill the training requirements for the month will result in a $50 fine plus the upcoming monthly tuition fee.
4. Fitness Tests conducted every month spontaneously

Fitness Requirements

1. Bench Press Your Weight – Minimum 10 Reps
2. Barbell Squat Your Weight in 1 Min. – Minimum 10 Reps
3. Sit-ups in 1 Min. – Minimum 60 Reps
4. Ab Runs in 1 Min. – Minimum 60 Reps
5. Pull Ups – Minimum 10 Reps
6. Dips – Minimum 10 Reps
7. Handstand Pushups – Minimum 5 Reps
8. Bicep Curl ½ your weight – Minimum 10 Reps
9. Military Press ½ your weight – Minimum 10 Reps
10. Middle Split Wall Stretch – Maximum 15 in.
11. 80 kg Power Twister Palms Down – Minimum 10 Reps
12. 80 kg Power Twister Palms Up – Minimum 5 Reps
13. Horse Stance Hold – Minimum 3 min.
14. Jump Rope Double Under Nonstop – Minimum 10 Reps
15. L-Hold on Ground No Bars for Assistance– Minimum 10 Seconds
16. Side, Front, Back Kick Holds on Balance Disc – Minimum 10 seconds

Combat Forms

1. Tiger Form – Entire form performed to satisfaction
2. Phoenix Form – Minimum of 100 movements performed to satisfaction
3. Dragon Form – Minimum of 41 movements performed to satisfaction offense & defense

Meditation

1. Minimum of 1 meditation reflected upon every week evaluated by Sifu
